About the CVSA exam:
Our clients, and or, examinees, are in good hands during the CVSA exam. Harry, the examiner, who also is a CVSA Instructor, understands your matter, and will guide you through our easy "about an hour" exam process.
Number of Questions:
Typically we like to keep the quantity to six (6) or under questions. However, we can ask more if needed.
Agreement:
No Show: A "no show" for a scheduled CVSA exam forfeits any refund of prior payment for services.
Rescheduling CVSA Exam:
A rescheduling fee will apply if notice to reschedule is within 72 hours of the scheduled exam.
Intake Form:
After this intake form has been reviewed PI Com, an associate of PI Com will contact the possible client to discuss our fee. If the person becomes a client, PI Com will restructure the questions, if needed, to be factual and Clear to the examinee.
Payment:
The CVSA exam fee is to be prepaid "in full" four (4) days before the start of the exam. Once the fee is paid, we will schedule the
conferance room for your exam.
Assumed Suitability:
Please schedule only if you are physically healthy enough to participate. If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms or exposure, please schedule the exam accordingly. Typically 14 days after symptoms started.
If you paid our fee, then after, have the above symtoms, etc., we
will reschedule the exam. Sorry, No Refunds due to suitability issues.
Results of the CVSA Exam:
PI Com will never refund to any CVSA exam client or examinee any portion of the payment for services;
Clients or examinees might not agree with the results, however, you are paying for the results, whether or not the results benefit you, the client.
Verbal and written results:
The Examimer, and or, the PI Com associate you initally communicated with, will provide the Examinee (person taking the test) verbal test results.
The Examiner makes the decision when and who provides the results. The results are typically provided same day.
The report will generally be provided one to five days after the exam. Other factors extend the day the report is email or faxed to the client / examinee.
Confidentiality:
From start to end, you and all aspect of your CVSA exam is strictly confidential with PI Com. If you have an attorney, or, plans to retaining an attorney, you can if you wish, provide a copy to them.
The exception is, if the report is used in a court matter, the Examiner might be called to testify. Also, a declaration will likely be needed to support the CVSA report.
The client, at thier descretion, may share the report to person(s) the client feels "needs to know".
