We offer skip tracing services to locate hard to find individuals for service of process or for any lawfull matter. Our investigators use advanced methods to locate even the most elusive individuals.
At PI Com, a skip trace is a locate investigation. The base fee of $250 includes running and reviewing several reports. Additional fees might be required to confirm the person is at the address found.
Purchasing the base fee locate investigation does not guarantee the person will be at the address found. To confirm if the person resides or works at the address found, other methods would need to be used and additional fees will be requested to continue.
