Service of process

Our prices reflect the type of documents to be served, same day,  Standard or Specialty Serve, location, server safety, cooperation of person to be served, is the person evading service of process? There are many factors that determine the price for service of legal documents. 

• Minimum fee to serve is $135  
• Same day Rush fee is an additional $125 to the price of the serve
• Flat rate serve fee available for certain serves
• Service by appointment / specific date & time is $250
• Unlawful Detainer-Eviction attempts & declaration for an order is $225
• Hourly rate if a serve requires a surveillance

Additional fees that could be added to the Serve

• Mileage fee is .55 cpm (we estimate additional round-trip mileage fee after 20 free miles)
• Round trip travel time fee after 20 free miles is $75 per hour 
• 20 free miles starting from the address on our Contact page
• 20 pages free; .35 cpp thereafter
• Proof of Service fee for more than one person served is $65
• Photo of serve (if possible) $25

Number of attempts 

• 90% of the time, we serve the document at the first visit
• If necessary, we will provide 3 or 4 attempts
• Unlawful Detainers-Eviction attempts for an order for posting is the exception
